AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
We charge a flat rate of $14.95 for orders within Australia and offer FREE shipping for orders over $400.
All of our orders are shipped using EXPRESS Startrack Post satchels.
The estimated delivery time is 1 – 3 business days, dependent on Australia Post’s delivery schedule. In many cases, customers in metro areas will receive their package the day after it is shipped. Regional areas can take up to 3 working days.
We only Ship to physical addresses, NO P.O. BOXES or Parcel lockers. Please note that Star Track Courier can only deliver to physical addresses,
Star Tracks delivery service is Signature on Delivery with Authority to Leave. This means that Star Track will have you sign for your order when you are home and when you are not home to sign for the delivery, your order will be left in a safe place, so it is ready and waiting for you as we will automatically give the Authority to Leave the goods
If you do not want Star Track to leave your order in a safe place when you are not home to sign for delivery, please ensure you provide clear instructions in the notes field when placing your online order with Wendy Ann Australia. Maybe a work address is an option.
Order Tracking
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive
an email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your
order.

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
Wendy Ann Australia does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Wendy Ann Australia cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
