Shipping & Delivery Terms

By proceeding with payment and finalising your order, you hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of your purchase.

  1. Pricing
    All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  2. Dispatch
    All orders are dispatched within Australia via StarTrack Express. Dispatch timelines will be communicated once your order is ready for shipment.
  3. Tracking Information
    Tracking details will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order to enable you to monitor the delivery progress.
  4. Estimated Delivery Timeframe
    Delivery typically occurs within 1 to 3 business days, subject to Australia Post’s delivery schedule. Customers located in metropolitan areas generally receive their parcels the business day following dispatch. Delivery to regional or remote areas may take up to 3 business days.
  5. Authority to Leave (ATL)
    Orders will be dispatched with Authority to Leave (ATL) applied unless otherwise specified. By selecting ATL, you authorise the courier to leave the parcel at the designated delivery address without obtaining a signature.
  6. Liability Disclaimer
    We do not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage to parcels once delivery has been made under ATL conditions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is secure and suitable for unattended parcel delivery.
  7. Shipping Address Responsibility
    It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping and delivery address at the time of order. Wendy Ann Australia cannot offer reimbursement or replacement for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  8. Delays and Exceptions
    Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to delays beyond our control, including but not limited to Australia Post service disruptions, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be held liable for any such delays.
